Here's how it went down:
Installed on an anchor handler, the winch precisely handled 157mm mooring chains and H-link connectors which allowed the successful and precise connection of 15 sets of chain to pre-installed suction anchors.
This innovative approach eliminated the need for the use of a secondary larger construction vessel for the operation, saving our client significant costs!
